This designer was commissioned by a very nice lady to modify an existing design by adding a private study to the master suite. She very much liked the original house plan with its central placement of the kitchen and the open view from the kitchen to the family room and dining rooms. Other additions were added such as the computer workstation located between the kitchen and utility and the spacious butler's pantry as you enter from the garage. The designer liked the final house plan so well that he added a new Florida facade and offered it as this unique house design.
